Recipe steps:
Cut Chicken into pieces.
Ingredients needed
3 boneless chicken breasts
Cutting Board
Knife – (preferably a chef’s knife)
Place chicken breast filets onto cutting board 1 at a time. Cut off all fat from the chicken breast. Next slice the chicken breast in half by cutting downward in the middle of the chicken breast to make 2 equal sized pieces.
Now you need to cut the piece of chicken breast to make each of the slices ½ as thick. Very carefully place the palm of the hand not holding the knife onto the top of the piece of chicken breast with your fingers curved up into the air away from the cutting board as much as comfortably possible so that you do not accidentally cut your fingers. With the hand that you usually hold the knife, carefully place the knife blade parallel to the board and the chicken and place the knife blade sharp side against the piece of chicken breast in the middle. Carefully cut using back and forth motions until the chicken is separated into 2 thinner pieces of about the same size. Repeat with the other piece of chicken breast and cut it into 2 thinner pieces of about the same size.
Repeat the above procedure of cutting a chicken breast in half and then cut each half into 2 equal thinner pieces until you have cut up the chicken.
Cut Chicken into pieces.
Ingredients needed
chicken breast pieces
All purpose flour
Flat container to hold flour
Place All purpose flour into a flat container and dip the chicken pieces into the flour. Cover both sides of each chicken piece completely with flour. Shake off the excess flour. Place the chicken pieces onto a clean plate.
Cook the Chicken pieces.
Ingredients needed
chicken breast pieces
butter
Kosher salt
Frying pan
Tongs or fork
Preheat the oven to 370 degrees to bake the chicken later.
Place 4 tablespoons butter into frying pan and turn to medium. Let butter melt. As soon as butter melts, use tongs or a fork to carefully place chicken pieces into the frying pan in a single layer. Sprinkle salt on the top side of the chicken pieces. Cook for a couple of minutes until the chicken is golden brown on the bottom side. If the butter starts to turn very brown, turn the heat down to medium low to keep the butter from burning. Once the chicken is golden brown, use tongs or fork to flip the chicken over so that the non cooked side is on the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle salt on the top side of the chicken pieces. You may need to add a tablespoon or 2 more butter at this point if the pan is dry. Cook for a couple of minutes until the chicken is golden brown on the bottom side.
If all of the chicken did not fit into the pan add additional butter and remaining chicken and salt and brown on both sides just like the first pan of chicken pieces.
Bake the Chicken pieces in the sauce in the oven.

Cooked chicken breast pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
