This wonderful Fantasia cake was made by the extremely talented Sabrina Santucci a Sophomore Baking and Pastry student at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island.
I love the way Sabrina included all the iconic images in the cake – the sorcerer’s hat, Mickey’s ears, the mop, bucket and water.
