This wonderful Harry Potter Cake was made by Cake Central member Dutch Cake Box. The cake is a nonfat biscuit cake filled with raspberry buttercream icing and the decorations were made using marzipan.
The first time I saw this cake, I was so amazed by Harry Potter that I didn’t notice a few of the smaller touches, i.e. the painted Hogwarts in the upper right corner and the golden snitch that Harry is trying to grab. Even Harry’s broom is labeled Nimbus 2000.
