A carrot has never looked so good. This great Darth Vader vegetable figure was made by Oki, a sushi chef in Japan. The smoke was made by using dry ice. He hand carved each of the main pieces from three carrots. He used bamboo sticks and tooth picks to put the carrot pieces together. The white parts are made from a radish. On his blog are step by step pictures that show how he built Darth Vader.
