These great Star Wars vegetable figures was made by Oki, a sushi chef in Japan. He hand carved Luke Skywalker and the Wampa from carrot, sweet potato, and a Japanese white radish. He used bamboo sticks and tooth picks to put the pieces together. The detail on Luke and the Wampa is incredible. I would love it if the vegetables carvings that came with the sushi that I order looked like this.
