Han Ker made this wonderful Christmas Cake which combines a yule log (Bûche de Noël) and angry birds. A traditional Bûche de Noël is a thinly rolled sponge cakes filled with cream and covered with chocolate icing. Han handmade all of the Angry Birds and Green Pigs.
