Marvelous Frozen Cake

This Superb Frozen Cake was made by Cake Central Member Niji Desserts.  The Sven and Olaf hand made figures on the top of this cake look wonderful.  This cake was made for a baby’s first Birthday.

The cake is light baby blue with large white snowflakes and white nonpareils on the side of the cake.  The top of the cake is covered in a large piece of white fondant that droops over the side of the cake to make it look like a large overhang of snow. There is a wooden sign on the side of the cake that has Happy First Birthday and the child’s name. The wood grain can be seen in the sign.

Olaf is standing on top of the cake beside Sven.  Sven is squatting down on the ground with his front hooves pointed to the front and his head is resting on his hooves. He has gray hooves, brown fur, and large white antlers. Olaf has his hand on one of Sven’s antlers. Olaf has the pieces of black charcoal for buttons and an orange carrot nose. His arms are made of tree branches and his hair is three small twigs. He has a smile on his face.
