Wow!!! This steampunk Darth Vader Helmet is out of this world. Pirikos, Cake Design did an amazing job with this cake. You can’t ask for a much cooler mix than Star Wars, Steampunk, and Cake.
Vader’s helmet looks like it is made out of copper. I really like how the helmet looks bolted together. At the bottom of the face mask, you can see screws and bolts that allow the face mask to be removed.
The eyes are amazing. They look like they can turn from side to side as needed. Even the cake board looks bronze with little a pattern on it.
I’ve featured over 20 steampunk cakes this month and November is barely half way over. If this keeps up, I’m going to have to rename this blog to Between the Goggles … where steampunk and food meet. 
Here is a side view of Vader’s Helmet. The copper color got me thinking. I’d love to see Pirikos make a steampunk C-3PO cake.
Vader has his eye on you. If you look closely, you’ll notice the Pirikos engraved her name on the eye socket.
