This Marvelous cake was created for the Steam Cakes – Steampunk Collaboration. To celebrate the Steampunk International Day, Cake Artists from around the world gathered to create their own edible Steampunk masterpieces.
The bottom part of the windmill appears to be made of wooden panels held together by metal strips and metal rivets. The windmill blades are silver.
Behind the blades is a silver panel with bronze and brass gears on it.
Above the silver panel is a white panel that is bordered on the top and bottom by a black metal band with bronze rivets. This section reminds me of a lighthouse light.
The top of the windmill is a bronze cone shape.
