I love this Mickey Mouse Christmas Cake made by Chef Elena G. – Extraordinary Cakes. It is a barrel cake with an absolutely gorgeous painting of Mickey Mouse wearing a Santa Hat, Santa Shirt, and green scarf. The rest of the cake looks snowy and there are even snowflakes on Mickey. The piece de resistance is that the cake is also decorated Christmas tree limbs. The whole package gives you the feeling that you’re cutting down a Christmas Tree with Mickey Mouse on a snow evening.
