Since today is April 1st, I thought the perfect character to post was the Clown Prince of Crime himself – The Joker. This absolutely wonderful classic Joker Cake was made by Erica & Adrian Cakes. Erica and Adrian teach classes on how to make this stunning cake.
This is the classic Joker with the white face, green hair, red lips and massive smile. He is wearing his purple suit with an orange shirt and a green bow tie. He even has his squirting flower on his lapel.
Having the Joker’s eyes be green is a great touch. The Joker’s eye color isn’t always consistent, but I think green is the perfect color.
The ultimate Joker question, is the Joker’s face and hair this color because of make-up or because Batman knocked him into a vat full of chemicals? I’ve always thought the first, so I like that this cake shows the Joker’s face as having white make-up applied to it.
