I made these Mickey Mouse Ears cookies for my two nephews for their combined 1st and 3rd birthday party celebration.
I like making cookies and wanted to make something special for them. I knew Joseph enjoyed Walt Disney World and thought that both boys would like Mickey cookies. I also made star cookies that had the boys birthday age.
The Mickey cookies had each child’s name in red letters. The cookies were red, black, and yellow.
I arranged the cookies into a circle pattern with stars around.
