I watched the season 2 finale of The Mandalorian last night and loved it! Since that awesome episode is on my mind, I wanted to share this gorgeous cookie with you. This stunning Mandalorian Cookie was made by Lucie Radcliffe.
I really like how Lucy mixes two different textures. The background is painted while the image of the Mandalorian with Baby Yoda are piped with royal icing. This technique gives the cookie a 3-D look because the center really is raise from the background.
This wonderful cookie was based on Disney’s poster for Season 2.
