This blue hand-painted Anna & Elsa cake is a 2-tier ice blue cake with a painting of Anna. Her had is on the side of the top tier and her blue dress is painted on the bottom tier. A fondant Elsa figure is on top of the cake.

I like the way the entire cake is several shades of blue to represent a Frozen kingdom. Lighter blue frames Princess Anna’s face. In addition, a white snow border is around the top and bottom of each tier. The cake board is painted the same blue as the the dress. As a finishing touch, a matching ribbon is around the edge of the cake board.
Anna is looking to the side. I wonder if she is looking at Olaf?
