This navy blue hand-painted Elsa cake features a hand-painting of Elsa against the navy blue background of the tall cake tier.
This wonderful cake was made by Sophia Fox.
The dark blue makes Elsa stand out. It goes well the the lighter blues on her dress and on the isomalt blue ice beside the cake. In addition, Olaf is standing on a fondant ice ledge just above her head.
The navy blue cake board works well with the dark blue background. This is a terrific way to use a fondant covered tall barrel cake as an edible canvas.
