These awesome Empire Strikes Back Cupcakes were made by Karen Díaz Sweet Art. They feature Han Solo, Chewbacca, Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, Yoda and R2-D2. I really like the way Karen cut out the fondant and then drew the faces on the fondant. It makes the characters stand out. I also like the animated style Karen used. I’ve said before on this blog that I wish George Lucas had done an animated series features Luke, Leia and Han.
