He is a corporate icon, a favorite at Walt Disney World and Walt Disneyland, the star of Fantasia’s Sorcerer’s apprentice. He often appears with Donald Duck, Pluto, and Goofy.
Many cakes and cookies feature him by himself.

I enjoyed making a Steampunk Mickey Mouse cake and Mouse Ears cookies. For the cake, I made a fondant figure of him and used gears to make his shadow.

This terrific Mickey Mouse cake was made by Fatma Ozmen Metinel. I love how the Mickey Mouse figure looks like a plush Mickey Mouse doll. The texture on Mickey’s face, hat and clothes is amazing.
