These wonderful Popeye Cookies were made by My Sunny Cake for Navy Day.  This set has cookies with five designs – Popeye smiling, with one eye closed, and smoking his pipe, the naval symbol – an anchor with a rope wrapped around it, a light house, a sail boat, and a wooden ship wheel. I
